Magnolia has been a godsend for our family. Mom was in another highly-regarded Alzheimer’s facility and had been losing weight, falling frequently and was becoming more belligerent. Since coming to live at Magnolia, she has gained weight, has very infrequent falls, and is enjoying life more.

Margie and Chuck are wonderful with all of the residents, and the caregivers are all very patient and kind. The fact that it is a smaller facility also allows for more individual attention and, when necessary, creative problem-solving. We have also been impressed with the “in-house” neurologist, Dr. Harbaugh, who genuinely seems to care about making life better for the residents.

Mom is the best testimonial of all for the quality of Magnolia. She raves about the good food, the nice people, and the number of activities available to the residents. If you knew Mom, you’d know that if she didn’t like something about Magnolia, she would let us know in no uncertain terms!

We can only hope that if we reach that point in life when it becomes necessary to enter a care facility, there will be one as nice as Magnolia. Thank you, Margie and Chuck, for providing such a wonderful home for Mom.
